Online bill pay

From before dawn until the job is done, our workers are on the road to serve you.

Can I pay my bill on line?
Yes, online bill pay is available for this division. Click here to pay your bill.

What do I need to do to start service or get a price quote?
Starting service is easy. Simply call us today at (636) 947-5959 for Missouri or (618) 656-6883 for Illinois. Our friendly customer service representatives will help get your service started.

What is your holiday schedule?
To acknowledge these holidays and to allow our employees to spend time with their families we do not provide service on:

  • New Years Day                                                
  • Memorial Day                                                   
  • July 4
  • Labor Day                                                         
  • Thanksgiving 
  • Christmas

What happens when my home service day falls on a holiday?
As a general rule, holidays push our pickup schedules back one day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday, Monday's routes will be run on Tuesday, Tuesday's routes on Wednesday, and so forth through Saturday.

What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?
All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6.00 a.m. on your collection day.

What do you accept for curbside recycling?

Acceptable

  • Aluminum and metal cans (labels do not have to be removed)
  • Plastic #1-#5                      
  • Newspaper (Please bundle or tie)
  • Corrugated cardboard/box board (i.e. cereal, soda, beer type packaging).
  • Magazines                     
  • Glass

Unacceptable 

  • Building materials or scrap metal
  • Window glass, light bulbs or ceramics
  • Light bulbs
  • Ceramic dishes
  • Cookware
  • Hardcover books
  • Styrofoam
  • Plastic bags

Does the trash inside the cart have to bagged?
Yes. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the toter (if applicable) or your own personal trash cans. If you do not use trash cans please make sure your bagged trash is securely prepared.

Do you take large items and when?
We do take large items. Please
contact us to get specific scheduling and pricing information for your area.          

When will you pick up my bagged leaves?
We do pick up bagged leaves in most areas. Please

When will you pick up my yard debris?
All yard waste to be collected must be prepared accordingly and placed to the curb for collection.

  • Brush and limbs must be cut into 4-foot lengths, bundled with rope or twine and should not exceed 50 pounds.
  • Tree limbs that are larger than 6 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length will not be collected.
